• The legal arrangements and the obligatory standards of the country where operations are carried out are complied with,

Yes, there is. The bag storage facilities in the International Terminal are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.
The Consular Office for issuing visas is located on the Arrivals Floor of the International Terminal, in the transit area before the passport check point. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the contact phone is +90 232 455 00 00/ Ext: 3603. Click here for the map.

The distance between the Domestic and International Terminals at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 5 minutes on foot. By using the travelators, going to the Domestic and International Terminals is very easy. Click here for the map.

The Departure Fee Stamp from the Ministry of Finance can be obtained from the desk next to the Information Desk on the Departures Floor of the International Terminal.

Note: Departure Fee Stamp payment should be made before passport control.

The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
The TAV Lost and Found Office is at the International Terminal and is open 24/7.
