To be able to benefit from our short-term subscription offers, please kindly visit the payment points in the parking lot/garage with your ticket within 1 (one) hour following the parking lot/garage entry.

  • The aforementioned prices are valid as from 00:01 AM, 01.01.2024.
  • The short-term subscription offers are valid for one-time entry and exit.
  • Parking lot/garage tickets of short-term offers cannot be cancelled.
  • As soon as the short-term offer or subscription periods are over, the period that the vehicle stays at the parking lot/garage is charged at standard fees.
  • The subscription requests on your return or backdated transactions will not be accepted.
  • Our short-term subscription tariffs are only valid in our domestic and international storey car parks,
    (The maximum entrance height of the domestic and international storey car parks is 2.15 meters)
  • We do not have a short-term subscription in our Cıp and Bus car parks.
  • Visitors who entered the country in their cars with foreign license plates and would like to benefit from our short-term offers and subscriptions must park their vehicles at the Customs Free Zone pursuant to Customs Legislation.

Yes, there is. The bag storage facilities in the International Terminal are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.
The Consular Office for issuing visas is located on the Arrivals Floor of the International Terminal, in the transit area before the passport check point. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the contact phone is +90 232 455 00 00/ Ext: 3603. Click here for the map.

The Departure Fee Stamp from the Ministry of Finance can be obtained from the desk next to the Information Desk on the Departures Floor of the International Terminal.

Note: Departure Fee Stamp payment should be made before passport control.

The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
The TAV Lost and Found Office is at the International Terminal and is open 24/7.
