The Lost & Found Office, at which property that has been lost by passengers within the airport and multi-storey parking lot is carefully stored and delivered, is open between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM on the mezzanine floor of the domestic terminal. For lost & found items, please visit the Lost & Found Office on weekdays and weekends between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM.

-The prices indicated in the tariff schedule are for 24 hours (1 day) and lost baggage kept in a shorter period (hourly) is free-of-charge. Charging starts on the 2nd day following the lost property is recorded in the Lost and Found Property Document/Form.                                                                                                                                                                                     

-The practice is based on the Lost and Found Property General Principles.                                                                                                                                                                                    

-This tariff is not applied in the following conditions;                                                                                                                                                                               

-Small size properties such as eyeglasses, watches, mobile phones, wallets, etc. are free-of-charge.                                                                                                                                                                                

- Prices in the tariff include VAT.               

Complaints about lost, incomplete or damaged luggage from the conveyors in the baggage claim area, as well as for items forgotten inside the aircraft should be directed to the airline company or the ground service company which handled your baggage, together with your identity, baggage, and flight information.

Yes, there is. The bag storage facilities in the International Terminal are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.

No. As of January 1, 2025, the printed Overseas Departure Duty stamp application has been abolished. You can make your Overseas Departure Duty payments through the Digital Tax Office, the GIB Mobile Application, internet and mobile branches of participating banks, cash desks and ATMs, PTT, tax offices, or the payment desks and kiosks at the airport.
The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
The TAV Lost and Found Office is at the International Terminal and is open 24/7.
