The Information Desks provide services such as directions, information and announcements, as well as explaining terminal layout and facilities. While direction service is provided to those passengers who approach the desks, information service is provided face to face or over the phone.
There are two information desks open 24 hours; one is located at International Terminal Arrival and the other is located at International Terminal Departure Floors.

Yes, there is. The bag storage facilities in the International Terminal are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes in your carry-on bag and through the checkpoint. These are limited to travel-sized containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item.

The Departure Fee Stamp from the Ministry of Finance can be obtained from the desk next to the Information Desk on the Departures Floor of the International Terminal.

The Tax-Free Office is located at the International Terminal. You should go there to complete the required procedures. After you are finished there, you can obtain a refund from the Tax-Free Office desk next to the Information Desk.
The TAV Lost and Found Office is at the International Terminal and is open 24/7.
