Direct Flights From Kiev To Izmir Launched

 

Tez Tour launched direct flights from Ukrainian capital Kiev to TAV Airports operated Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport with Windrose Airlines for 2013 summer season. 210 passengers coming to Izmir with the first of these flights which will be performed once a week have been welcomed with flowers.
 
Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport which is operated by TAV Airports is now directly connected to Ukrainian capital Kiev with the flight of Tez Tour through Windrose Airlines performed with A321 type aircraft. Landing to Izmir at 09:35 a.m., 210 passengers of the first flight with Ukrainian travel agencies and Ukrainian press members have been welcomed with flowers. TAV Izmir General Manager Erkan Balci, Tez Tour Izmir Regional Manager Beyzat Tunali and TAV officials participated to the welcoming ceremony.
 
TAV Izmir General Manager Erkan Balci stated as follows: “Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport fulfills its major role in the field of tourism duly as the entry gate of Izmir and the region. Today, when Izmir and its surroundings are analyzed, majority of tourists is observed to make the first entry to the country as well as to the city through air transport. We are very pleased to open our city to the Ukrainian market with Tez Tour. We have previously connected Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport also to Russia and Belarus with Tez Tour. Our wish is to connect all the destinations Tez Tour operates to Izmir. We would like to thank Tez Tour for their trusts and believes in Izmir.”
 
Tez Tour Chairman Alexander Sinigibskiy said “Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is an important location for the Turkish market. Our belief in tourism potential of Izmir and its surroundings have led us to perform direct flights from Ukraine after Russia and Belarus. We share the wish of increasing our bridges to Izmir.”
 
Kiev-Izmir flights with Windrose Airlines will be performed every week until the end of October.
